What are Emotions? Name them, identify triggering circumstances, unmet needs, and how to process them. Emotions vs. Feelings The difference between the 2 and recognize how they show up for you. Thoughts vs. Feelings Learn the difference between them, the damaging effect when communicating thoughts as feelings, and how to effectively communicate feelings self-responsibly. Self-regulation Learn about your personal range of tolerances and how to return to calm. Empathy vs. Sympathy Understand how to be with others’ pains instead of offering solutions/minimizing their experience.
